What You'll Do

Design a scalable architecture Collaborate closely with product and design teams and proactively unblock dependencies across teams Ensure consistent UX and functionality across Android, iOS, and web platforms Identify edge cases, resolve bugs, and maintain high standards of test coverage Shape and evolve ANNA's mobile development practices and CI/CD workflows Facilitate knowledge-sharing across mobile platforms and advocate for best practices Drive A/B experiments improving conversion, advocate inclusive design and run performance budgets Lead incident responses and reduce repeat incidents

Requirements

Technical Skills

Experience with

Flutter

for cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Web). Solid background in

Kotlin / Java

, with knowledge of

for managing asynchronous tasks. Experience integrating with

Proto3, WebSockets, and REST APIs

. Good understanding of

CI/CD pipelines
