What you'll be doing:

Advising customers on the full range of mortgage and protection products Generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Coaching and supporting estate agency colleagues to boost performance Playing a key role in branch meetings and contributing to team success

What we're looking for:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with proven experience Skilled at generating new business and building strong client relationships Exceptional customer care with the ability to deliver tailored solutions Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-focused IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems) Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
