What You'll Be Doing:

Working inbound mortgage leads from

estate agent, new build partners and clients direct

Giving expert mortgage & protection advice in a

fast-paced, high-performance

environment Managing cases from first call through to application, with full admin support after application Generating your own business alongside provided leads Building lifetime relationships with clients -

we don't just do deals, we build futures

Hitting (and smashing) performance targets while

delivering real value

to clients

What We're Looking For:

?

CeMAP qualified

(or equivalent)
?

Minimum 2 years' experience

in mortgage advising
? Someone who's hungry to grow, driven by targets, and thrives in a winning team
? Strong communicator who cares deeply about client outcomes
? A natural salesperson who's passionate about helping people
? Office-based professional --
