Role Overview: Senior MSK Physiotherapist
As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and contributing to the development of our team and services. You'll be at the forefront of clinical practice while mentoring others and helping to shape the future of our clinic.
Roles and Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal injuries, using advanced techniques and tools.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based treatment plans that exceed patient expectations and reflect our values of exceptional care.
Rehabilitation: Guide patients through recovery programs & provide in-house rehab programs to offer support and accountability for the best results.
Support and Development
Lead by example, providing mentorship to junior therapists. Create a collaborative environment that encourages growth, learning, and empowerment.
Lead training sessions to enhance team skills, knowledge, and clinical expertise, ensuring we continue to uphold our standards of exceptional care.
Contribute to developing and implementing new programs to meet the evolving needs of our patients and to help lead the clinic's growth.
Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement best practices, constantly striving for excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of MSK injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
Proven ability to achieve high patient outcomes, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership experience with a genuine interest in mentoring junior staff and creating an empowering, supportive environment.
Desirable:
Additional certifications in advanced therapeutic techniques (e.g., Dry Needling, Sports Therapy, Pilates).
