We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Duties
Lead and manage high-stakes negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure advantageous agreements.
Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and contractual data to inform negotiation tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and documentation.
Maintain detailed records of negotiations, agreements, and correspondence for future reference.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members involved in negotiation processes.
Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to support ongoing business growth.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, legal standards, and ethical practices throughout all negotiations.
Experience
Proven experience in a senior negotiation or related role within a corporate environment.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate negotiations across diverse markets and regions.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience in developing negotiation strategies that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes. This role requires a proactive individual who is confident in their negotiation capabilities, organised in their approach, and possesses outstanding interpersonal skills.
