My client is looking for a polished and personable Senior New Homes Consultant to represent a beautifully designed development nestled in one of the region's most desirable communities. You'll be the face of the development-building lasting relationships with buyers, offering expert guidance, and ensuring every step of the journey reflects the brand's commitment to quality and service.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a more personal, less transactional environment where buyers are looking for long-term communities.
What you'll be doing:
Managing the full customer journey from first enquiry to completion
Providing a tailored and knowledgeable service to buyers, including families, upsizers, and relocators
Liaising with solicitors, brokers, site teams, and head office to ensure seamless progress
Hosting appointments, viewings, and local events with professionalism and warmth
Working closely with marketing on local campaigns, signage, and customer touchpoints
Taking ownership of the development's sales targets and day-to-day presentation
Acting as a mentor or sounding board for junior staff on site if applicable
What we're looking for:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in new homes sales with a developer or agency
Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, consultative approach to buyers
A confident user of CRM systems and able to handle all administrative aspects with precision
Someone who understands the local market, local buyer behaviours, and the appeal of the Home Counties lifestyle
Professional and polished presentation-this is a high-spec product
Flexible to work weekends and support local events as required
