Senior Night Carer required for part time night shifts at 33 hours per week which will include weekend and bank holiday work.

THE ROLE

Night work - 19:00pm-07:00am. 33 hours per week, working alternate weekends and bank holidays. To be able to lead your shift with confidence ensuring the safety of the home, residents and staff on duty. Experience in administering Medication in a safe manner. To ensure that care is delivered in a manner that promotes the dignity of the residents Maintain accurate records including updating Care Plans and Risk Assessments. Experience in working with computer based systems.

YOUR PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

To be compassionate, patient and maintain the residents individuality and dignity. Good leadership skills and staying calm in challenging situations. Good communication and English language skills. Flexibility, self-motivated and organised. Good computer skills. Previous Senior experience is required. Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
