Responsibility for administering medication, identifying deteriorating residents and directing care
Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives
Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes and activities
Liaising with healthcare professionals
24 hrs a week - 8pm to 8am - Alternate weekends
The skills you'll need
--------------------------
L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the ambition to achieve L3
Minimum two year's experience in care
Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers
Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
A good level of written and spoken English
