About the role

This is a key role within the night shift team. The

Senior Night Care Worker

takes the lead in supporting both colleagues and the people we care for. Responsibilities include administering medication, supporting personal care, offering emotional reassurance, and keeping accurate records. Throughout the night, this role provides a steady, compassionate presence someone others can rely on.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a care setting Some supervisory experience would be helpful SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a commitment to work towards it SSSC registration (or eligibility to register) A calm, caring and confident approach

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.


This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
