Night Seniors are required at Lord Hardy Residential Home on a permanent basis
13.69 per hour, weekend enhancements paid.
Lord Hardy Court provides care to 60 older people, with a range of individual needs, and Mental Health problems including Dementia. The home also provides Step-Up Step-Down Beds.
Night Seniors are expected to contribute to the provision of a comfortable, stimulating homely environment, that meets CQC Fundamental l Standards of Care, maintain health and Safety and Dignity in Care Principles
Shift Leaders are also expected to contribute and develop a customer focused service that is responsive and flexible regarding all customer needs. To ensure person centred plans and risk assessments are carried out to the required standard. To work and support the night care staff on shift across all units.
Lord Hardy Court operates a shift system on a rota basis, this includes weekends, bank holidays, and cover is required up to 37hrs for leave and sickness

Until 31st March 2026 employees paid at Band D and above are subject to a temporary pay reduction of 1.15% spread out by means of a monthly deduction from each pay period over the full financial year.
