We're looking for someone who can lead with compassion and confidence. You'll bring experience in supporting others, along with an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and SSSC registration (or be ready to apply). With patience, reliability, and genuine warmth, you'll help create an environment where both colleagues and the people we care for feel safe, respected, and valued.

A night in your role could include:

Leading and supporting the overnight team Providing personal care and reassurance when needed Administering medication and keeping accurate records Ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for everyone in your care

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.


This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
