Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Night Porter with experience on working night shifts within a hotel setting to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. This position requires excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be to over see all night time operations including reception & to supervise the porter with tasks required.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with any special requests. Reception tasks. Responsible for all security, health & safety of the hotel. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and all public areas. Bar serving & close down duties. Responsible for all aspects of function room set - ups. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions as needed. Ensure that all guest areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor the condition of the property and report any maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Pay will be 29,000 per year.
