Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiographer looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic and friendly team to work across two prestigious sites: Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital.



As part of a highly specialised team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to a wide variety of clinical and research imaging in the field of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.



What We're Looking For:



Qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiographer with significant experience in clinical practice.



Strong understanding of PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging and therapies.



Experience with advanced imaging equipment such as Siemens Biograph Vision 600 and Siemens Intevo Bold gamma cameras is preferred but not essential.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach to care.



Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and often challenging environment.



A proactive approach to professional development and a desire to stay at the forefront of innovation in Nuclear Medicine.



Perform clinical Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures, including a range of diagnostic imaging with radiopharmaceuticals such as 18F-FDG, 68Ga-Dotatate, 68Ga-PSMA, and 18F-Choline using our Siemens Biograph Vision 600.



Participate in general Nuclear Medicine examinations and therapies, including Myocardial Perfusions, DAT scans, GFRs, and 177Lutetium, SIRTeX, and Therasphere therapies at Hammersmith Hospital with Siemens Intevo Bold gamma cameras.



Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all patients.



Lead and support the training of junior staff, helping to develop their skills and expertise within the department.



Take part in departmental development, improving processes and contributing to the growth of the team and service.



Participate in both clinical and research imaging, helping to advance the field of Nuclear Medicine with a broad range of imaging protocols.
