We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Senior Nurse (RMN)
with proven experience in dementia care to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role, providing high-quality care while mentoring and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent outcomes for residents.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care to residents with dementia. Lead by example, supporting and supervising nursing and care teams. Create, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Maintain accurate records in line with NMC guidelines. Support with medication management and clinical practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Foster a compassionate environment that promotes dignity and wellbeing.
Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse (RMN)
. Proven experience indementia care
. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. A passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents' quality of life.What We Offer
