Nursery Manager

What You will Be Bringing to Life:

Leading the nursery with confidence, creativity, and a "we've got this!" spirit

Using your experience to guide practice, elevate standards, and champion excellence across the nursery

Coaching, mentoring, and

upskilling your team

, helping practitioners grow into their strengths

Bringing out the best in others with supportive leadership and clear communication

Creating an environment where children feel safe, loved, curious, and excited to explore

Building positive, trusting relationships with families and the wider community

Keeping the nursery running beautifully, from compliance to curriculum to day-to-day joy

Who You Are:

You're an experienced Early Years leader who:

Brings solid knowledge of EYFS (and everyday magic)

Has proven

leadership and management experience

in a nursery setting

Knows how to inspire individuals and nurture a high-performing team

Is confident guiding others, giving constructive feedback, and celebrating their wins

Thrives when supporting staff through training, development, and continuous improvement

Can balance creativity with compliance (and still smile through it!)

Builds strong, supportive relationships with families

Loves the buzz of a vibrant, busy, meaningful workplace
