We are looking for a Senior Nursery Manager to join our amazing team throughout the Cheshire East! As the Senior Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the daily operations of one of our settings, leading a team of dedicated early years professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and education. You will oversee all aspects of nursery management, including staff leadership and development, safeguarding compliance, budget oversight, and maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement through ensuring health and safety standards are met, and preparing for successful Ofsted inspections. At Thirve, we offer:

Essential Criteria:

You must be Level 3 qualified in correlation to the government guidelines, and have at least 2 years Senior Practitioner / Deputy / Operational experience with children aged 0-5.
