At our busy Pied Piper Nursery we are looking for a very experienced practitioner who has managed a room and teams, with experience of supporting the quality and curriculum within the room. This role is supporting the Quality within our rooms working alongside the room leaders to ensure that there is best practice through out the room. Working 38 hours a week, salary is up to 32,200 depending on qualifications and experience..

As Quality Lead Room Manager you will:

?Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development Promote respect and credibility for this position by leading as a role model with impartiality and consistency Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and identify training or development needs for staff. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always Understand and ensure that the requirements of the Curriculum for Excellence are met You will need to have a Level 3 / SCQF 7 Early Years Qualification, a minimum of 3 years working in a Nursery Setting and 1 years experience in a leadership role.
