Senior Nursery Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner to work full time. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognized early years qualification.
We are looking for a skilled and qualified full time Senior Practitioner with baby/toddler experience to assist in the management of our our toddler room. The Senior Nursery Practitioner will work as a key person and as part of the Nursery team under the direction of the Room Leader to provide safe, high quality education and care for young children within a stimulating and enjoyable environment.Working alongside our Room Leader, you will:
hold a minimum NVQ level 3 in childcare
have an excellent understanding of the EYFS and child development
be able to plan for children's development
manage resources effectively
have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a childcare setting
work well as a team player
Requirements:
A minimum of level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent Experience of working in a childcare setting Experience in toddler room Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Pay: 29,120.00-30,600 per year
