Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at a nursery in providing high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a drive to create a nurturing learning environment.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress
- Provide leadership in the classroom and manage daily routines effectively
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote learning through play
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development

Qualifications:
- Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare min level 3
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a nursery setting
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to lead a classroom effectively and manage behaviour positively
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development
