The Role

As a

Senior Practitioner

, you'll play a key part in creating the kind of environment children love to be in and parents trust wholeheartedly.
You'll lead by example -- guiding practitioners, supporting children's learning, and helping to shape practice within your room.

Your role will include:

Delivering inspiring, high-quality teaching and learning across the EYFS. Supporting your Room Leader and Manager in mentoring and developing team members. Taking the lead on observations, assessments, and planning for individual needs. Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured, and encouraged to reach their potential. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment where play and progress go hand in hand.

About You

You're an experienced practitioner ready to take the next step -- confident, kind, and full of passion for Early Years education.

You'll need:

A

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

(essential). Experience supporting or leading within a nursery team. Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

, safeguarding, and best practice in Early Years. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. A proactive approach and a genuine love for helping children (and colleagues!) grow.
