Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nursery Practitioner to join Bright Kids Day Nursery who is looking for opportunity to step up in their career to a Deputy position. Full training will provided.

. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care, ensuring each child's needs are met with compassion and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young children in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead to ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children. Support the planning and implementation of educational programs aligned with early childhood development standards. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to promote children's well-being. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies. Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices through feedback and innovation. Work along side the Manager to learn deputy role . Taking on Managerial responsibilities .

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Relevant childcare or early childhood education qualifications. Ability to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and external partners. Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
