Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate is an established and thriving day nursery located next to Southgate underground station. We are part of an award winning chain of nurseries with over 60 nurseries located nationwide.

We are currently looking for a fun and enthusiastic childcare professional to join our team as a Senior Nursery Practitioner

The role requires:

Supporting your team to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to Engaging with your team to create inspirational, creative and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures Implementation of the EYFS with a good understanding of child development Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery Clear and accurate record keeping and report writing Promoting a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources in line with our nursery expectations

Essentials

Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification Safeguarding knowledge Candidates must be able to work 40hrs per week on a shift rota basis between 07:30-18:30
