Role OverviewJLL's Work Dynamics division is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to join our team, supporting a global account with a focus on EMEA. In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert in occupancy planning, providing strategic support to the Account Director, the Global OPM lead, and cross-functional teams including Variable, SDM, and SDI. You'll manage strategic occupancy projects and optimize the supply, capacity, and demand of building, campus, and regional portfolios.

Key Responsibilities Managing Space PortfoliosAs a subject matter expert, manage clients' workplace capacity, demand, and supply needs



Drive efficiency through occupancy planning products and resolve complex space issues



Identify and recommend policies and procedures to maximize space utilization



Create solutions that increase workplace productivity



Develop and implement campus/portfolio strategy plans



Client and Stakeholder Relationship ManagementFoster critical relationships with clients and stakeholders



Establish efficient communication channels ensuring highest quality service delivery



Manage multiple projects while maintaining robust client relationships



Support the Account Director and Global OPM lead with strategic guidance



Strategic Planning and ImplementationReview planning strategies that drive construction projects and support implementation



Develop and implement strategic and tactical planning across campus/portfolio



Understand and apply workplace mobility concepts to maximize real estate efficiency



Plan, implement, and analyse utilization studies



Manage migration and coordinate with facility management teams



Implement and support Dynamic Occupancy Planning technologies



Monitoring and ReportingPrepare and update accurate project status reports for clients and management



Track financial aspects of projects to ensure timely delivery within budget



Identify and mitigate risks proactively



Create seat demand, supply, and capacity forecasts



Develop accurate planning reports to support Corporate Real Estate decision-making



Business DevelopmentContribute to the growth of Occupancy Planning services



Generate high-quality client-facing content and deliverables



Work with Occupancy Planning sales leaders on strategic business development



Create persuasive and innovative sales documents



Qualifications and Requirements Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in a related field



At least 10 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment



Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level



Experience with interior office renovations is highly desirable



Technical SkillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel with pivot tables, vlookup, cell calculations)



Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to space plan



CAFM/IWMS system experience



Ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations



Understanding of AI-related tools and applications



Critical thinking and ability to tell stories through data
