Job Summary
We are seeking an Senior Office Administrator to join our team in maintaining office efficiency and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess excellent organisational skills, and be familiar with office software applications.
Responsibilities
- Utilise for financial record-keeping
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage Google Suite applications for office communication and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain and update office records using computerised systems
- Assist in organising office events and meetings
Requirements
- Proficiency in Xero accounting for financial management
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Competence in computerised systems for record-keeping
- Strong organisational skills to manage office operations efficiently

- This is a multi-role position and will require excellent ability to learn and adapt to a variety of roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
