We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. They will be working directly for the finance director assisting in the running of all the companies in the group. It will be a given that you are well organised and use to dealing with multiple work items at the same time. Your core work will include helping run the companies finances and helping deal with suppliers and customers via email and telephone. Written and spoken communication must be good.
You must be proficient in MS Office and in particular must demonstrate a good knowledge of MS Excel.
Our core business is plumbing and heating, both domestic and commercial. We have a showroom for our wood burners.
Any experience of Accounts would be a definite benefit, we use Quickbooks. Also any formal NVQ qualifications would be useful.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,500.00-32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
