Job Description

Corporate Banking is a client facing department, responsible for marketing, onboarding and ongoing management of the client relationship, providing loan business to the clients as well as promoting ancillary business according to the bank's business strategy and risk appetite. As a Senior Officer Business Management - Mandarin Speaking, you will be assisting the department's Business Management team with administrative duties, planning and strategic management, product management and development as well as other departmental day-to-day management activities. This is a full time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare MI, reporting and other business data management work Coordinate with other departments within the Bank on relevant business, such as KPI management, training and development, and sponsorship management Assist with internal and external meetings, marketing and promotion activities Carry out planning and strategic management Update product procedures and carry out other product management related work Assist the Business Development Committee (BDC) Secretary related work Provide administrative support, including but not limited to expense management and departmental fixed asset management, system management, reporting, outsourcing management, new staff induction and staff leave management Support with sub-branches' corporate business line management, including but not limited to KPI management, updating relevant procedures, preparing MI and reporting, arranging relevant corporate business line meetings and trainings Other ad hoc departmental duties when required

Requirements



Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or other relevant subject Familiarity with Corporate Banking products and services is preferred Good MS Office skills especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint Experience in using IT tools such as SQL to analyse management information/data and translate them into useful management tools is a plus Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills Proven analytical skills, business judgment and acumen Able to multi-task Attention to detail Team player
