Are you passionate about enhancing the student journey and driving positive change across Higher Education? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Officer: Higher Education Student Experience to lead initiatives that enrich the academic and personal development of our students.


Scale SO1, Points 32 - 34, 36,851 - 38,717 per annum.


37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract:

Full time, fixed term until 3 July 2026.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have a Level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and experience of working with young adults in an educational setting. You should also be IT literate equivalent to level 2 and hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent). Experience of organising/delivering educational activities is essential.
