Job Summary

: Leading the delivery of the operational resilience and outsourcing framework, including oversight and reporting.

Job Duties:


Work closely with chief operating officer (COO) and legal and compliance (L&C) team to understand the operational requirements and implement a framework that will deliver demonstrable compliance with regulations for operational resilience (OR) and outsourcing (OS) Work closely with COO and L&C to devise and maintain reporting frameworks that ensure compliance with OR and OS requirements Produce internal committee and board reporting detailing progress in complying with OR and OS requirements Maintain OS registers for each European legal entity ensuring that all required documents are held and reviewed periodically as required Co-ordinate oversight activities in line with the framework, via the outsourcing working group and operational resilience forum. Maintain all supporting documents for OR ensuring that they are reviewed periodically as required. Work with colleagues in the operations team to improve processes around current external reporting Co-ordinate timely submission of regulatory reporting, as required


Qualifications

Person Specification;


A bachelor's degree or other tertiary insurance related qualification It is essential that you have strong communication skills as this role will require extensive dealings with underwriting teams and senior management. Experience working in the insurance industry ideally with exposure to Lloyds market Proficient with all standard Microsoft applications Highly analytical with problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Effective communication skills, both oral and written
