As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be involved in:

Primary Focus



Own Stage Gate timings for end-to-end nameplate projects and escalate delivery risks Track and report on nameplate reveal content Communicate key deadlines and inputs across Accenture and JLR teams

Project Management



Forecast Demand Capacity and share updates with stakeholders Maintain dashboards to monitor project health Attend and lead client/agency briefings as the delivery expert

Accountability



Manage expectations and launch timings with JLR Present Stage Gate timings via Accenture Master Brief Project Response Identify and mitigate risks to delivery and SLA impact

Collaboration



Keep departments informed on project status and reveal updates Attend weekly launch meetings and global brand sessions Build strong relationships across Accenture Song and JLR teams


Sound working knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix Experience working in an advertising agency is essential Innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately Meticulous attention to detail Financial acumen including estimating and budget tracking Experience in a client-facing role Experience project managing global processes Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines People management experience Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for Mac Understanding of a global account including roll-out to Markets Able to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, both internal and external Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction - excellent presentation skills (both in-person and via phone) A clear communicator, in person and writing Highly organised and flexible Automotive experience would be beneficial
