Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant to join our delivery team. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to lead transformative ERP projects, contribute to product innovation, and shape future ERP capabilities.

Using your enhanced communication and presentation capabilities you will guide clients through programmes designed to enhance and future-proof their business operations. Leading workshops and designing best-in-class Oracle Cloud solutions will be central to your responsibilities. Additionally, you will share knowledge to empower clients and support the development of junior consultants within the practice. You too will be encouraged to work towards or maintain Oracle accreditation with fully supported and access to Oracle development programmes and examinations.

Responsibilities



Product Development



Define, develop, and execute the Odyssea(TM) methodology for Oracle ERP solutions. Build industry-specific ERP solutions and implementation approaches.

Project Delivery



Lead solution design, architecture, and documentation. Develop project plans and deliverables for both client and internal initiatives.

Team Engagement



Foster open communication and collaboration within the team. Mentor and coach junior consultants. Participate in recruitment activities as needed.

Client Engagement



Lead ERP transformation and change programmes. Perform hands-on configuration and stakeholder management. Build long-term client partnerships and help define ERP business functions. Provide strategic insights to clients on ERP best practices.

Business Development



Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Compliance & Governance



Monitor team utilisation and adherence to company policies. Uphold data security and confidentiality standards.

Skills and Experiences



Core:

Technical:

Oracle Delivery: Minimum 4 years' experience or two full-cycle implementations as an Oracle ERP consultant. Expertise in one or more ERP process areas: Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Acquire to Retire. Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules: General Ledger, Intercompany, Receivables, Collections, Payables, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Cash Management. Exposure to ERP integration, data migration, and reporting tools. Financial Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes including accounting, credit management, financial reporting, and compliance.
Desirable:

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Experience developing Oracle ERP templated solutions or methodologies.

Requirements



Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires. Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Security Clearance (SC) may also be required.
