You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
In addition, you will be:
Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
Qualifications
You will have expertise within:
Oracle Recruitment Cloud
Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space
Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate)
Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding "leading practices" and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
Documenting solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
