As an experienced Senior OD Practitioner, you'll play a key role in the Trust's OD agenda. Beyond intervention support, you'll work with clarity, compassion, and a coaching mindset to foster system-wide change, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership. You'll help align leadership practices with national frameworks and values, directly impacting staff engagement and patient outcomes. By developing effective teams and nurturing compassionate and inclusive cultures, you'll collaborate with individuals, teams, and specialised departments to optimise team effectiveness and refine approaches, ultimately enhancing both staff and patient satisfaction.

Main duties of the job
Supporting Strategic OD & Change: You'll design and implement changes using OD, diagnostic, and dialogic practices. This includes supporting planned change methodologies, stakeholder engagement, building readiness for change, and fostering cultural shifts. You'll also influence or contribute to strategic planning, including workforce, culture, or leadership development strategies, often navigating sensitivities across multiple services, departments, or systems.
Developing Leadership Development: You will design and drive Leadership Development strategies across all levels, empowering teams and individuals to build self-awareness, confidence and capability.
Facilitation & Team Support: You'll facilitate high-impact discussions, workshops, and team interventions, navigating complex dynamics to strengthen team effectiveness.
Supporting Impact Measurement: You'll assist in developing and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure OD activity outcomes.
Coaching & Capability Building: As an accredited coach, you will lead 1:1 and group coaching sessions, drawing on your keen understanding of human behaviour and psychology. By effectively deploying tools like Insights Discovery, EQi, Affina OD, and 360 feedback, you will elevate leadership capability across the Trust.
Conflict Resolution & Mediation: You'll utilise your proven mediation experience to navigate and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
