KIMS Hospital - Kent's largest independent hospital - is seeking an Senior Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional, patient-centred care while shaping the delivery of high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
About the role
As part of our Physical Therapy team, you will:
Work autonomously to assess and treat outpatients using advanced clinical reasoning.
Manage your own caseload of MSK patients, providing safe, effective, evidence-based treatment.
Run MSK group classes, with the opportunity to expand into cardiac rehab classes.
Work between outpatient and inpatient settings when required, supporting orthopaedics, general surgery, gynae, cardiology, and respiratory patients.
Mentor junior staff and support student development.
What we're looking for
Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy
HCPC registration
Post-registration MSK/orthopaedic clinical experience
Evidence of continuous professional development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate, energetic, and patient-focused, with a drive for service improvement
