full-time Packaging Designer
to join our
London office

This is a dynamic and creative role where you'll conceptualize, design, and produce packaging for licensed
homeware products
across the
EMEA region
. You'll work closely with our design, licensing, and production teams to ensure that all packaging is visually compelling, brand-compliant, and production-ready.
The ideal candidate is a talented designer with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing ideas during creative brainstorms and cross-functional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
innovative, on-brand packaging concepts
and artwork for licensed and proprietary homeware products.
Create
print-ready packaging files
, ensuring accuracy in dyelines, specifications, and production requirements.
Ensure all designs
comply with licensed brand guidelines
and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with the
creative, product development, and marketing teams
to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Participate in
creative brainstorming sessions
, presenting fresh ideas, design solutions, and visual concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining design consistency.
Prepare
artwork for production
, ensuring alignment with printer specifications, including colour accuracy (Pantone/CMYK/RGB).
Maintain awareness of
current design trends, materials, and packaging innovations
.
Support the continuous improvement of packaging design processes and brand consistency across all product categories.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience
as a Packaging Designer or Artworker, ideally within a
licensed design
or
consumer products
environment.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
Demonstrated ability to apply
brand guidelines
accurately across packaging layouts.
Solid understanding of
typography, layout, colour management
, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working with
technical dielines
and production artwork.
Knowledge of
printing processes and materials
, including Pantone, CMYK, and RGB workflows.
Strong attention to detail
, with an ability to review and proof artwork meticulously.
Ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines
efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Licensing experience
or familiarity with licensed consumer goods is a strong plus.
Collaborative and proactive communicator with strong organisational skills.
