Job Description


We\'re looking for a Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our EMEA Data and Intelligence team, to work closely with our flagship global client.

This position combines Paid Media execution, measurement consultancy, operational excellence, and technical expertise, leveraging your deep understanding of paid social and measurement in support of marketing and communications goals.

You\'ll collaborate with an integrated agency team to execute audience-led paid media campaigns across social platforms, ensuring high client satisfaction and driving growth in our paid media capabilities. \

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Refine targeting strategies through research and brainstorming to align with client objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive measurement strategies, emphasizing the significance of robust measurement practices within the context of paid media.
  • Create measurement frameworks, set learning agendas, and generate reports to inform client decision-making.
  • Analyze client data, identify patterns and insights, and leverage reporting tools and third-party platforms.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for internal account teams and vendors, effectively addressing issues, monitoring operational performance, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc data analysis reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, fostering effective communication and addressing client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Social, and measurement
  • Proven track record in executing, analysing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of paid media, measurement techniques, and digital marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in various analytics tools, platforms, and measurement techniques.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure while collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach
  • Experience in delivering comprehensive reporting, measurement insights, and measurement consultancy.
  • Enthusiasm for performance marketing, communications, analytics, and innovative problem-solving for clients.
  • Understanding of the analytics process, including tagging and tracking.
  • Skill in translating client objectives into effective performance marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all deliverables.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Process-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (Business level), with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels like Paid Search, SEO, and content marketing is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, SuperMetrics, and other analytics platforms in a bonus
  • Experience with Google business tools such as Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Search Console is a bonus.
