We're seeking someone with a knack for expertly managing & optimising a diverse range of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads to deliver measurable value through KPIs, such as ROAS & CPA for our clients.
This role would be perfect for someone with experience of directly managing Paid Media campaigns agency-side or in-house working on different brands. Core responsibilities
Managing & optimising Paid Media campaigns that drive tangible client goals - Awareness & consideration are great, but it usually boils down to conversion for commercial success
Strong knowledge of managing & optimising automated bid management strategies & campaign types, e.g. PMax, Remarketing, Demand Gen, Advantage+ etc.
Carry out the basics brilliantly - Regimented budgetary pacing, keyword optimisation, SQRs, ad copy testing & structural review
Creating compelling ad text whilst continuously A/B testing
Implementation of advanced Paid Search & Paid Social strategies across the funnel
Effectively managing the client relationship through our 'direct to expert' model
Providing insights & analysis to make recommendations for improved performance
Ensuring client reports are sent weekly or monthly as required using Looker Studio
Creating Quarterly Performance (QPR) updates & presenting results in these key meetings
Leading client meetings and creating compelling presentation slides for your impact areas
Ensuring conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place
Essential Skills
At least 2-3 years hands-on Paid Search experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics & data
Comfortable to working at pace with multiple clients and ability to meet deadlines
Commercial acumen / mindset & familiar with handling datasets in spreadsheets
Exceptional attention to detail & performance driven
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to summarise & interpret data concisely
Ability to build strong working relationships with clients & colleagues
High levels of integrity and belief in own abilities
