Who We Are



Bluestripe Group is a new type of B2B agency encompassing a PR agency, a content studio and a digital publishing and events business, creating truly integrated campaigns that deliver tangible results for clients.



We are a small company with big ambitions and you will have a lot of autonomy to deliver results and have a big impact. The company already works with major brands, including News UK, TripAdvisor, Uber Ads and DoubleVerify, and operates its own successful media brand, www.newdigitalage.co.



The Role



As a Senior Partnerships Executive, you will be a senior member of our sales team, directly contributing to Bluestripe's strategic commercial objectives. Your remit will include identifying, leading, and closing high-value new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and developing partnership strategies that drive multi-channel revenue growth across events, media, and content solutions.



You will collaborate closely with the content, strategy, and leadership teams to shape go-to-market approaches, deliver innovative commercial solutions, and provide mentorship to junior colleagues. You will also play a key role in shaping our product and service offerings through market insight and client feedback.



Key Responsibilities:



Own the full business development cycle for key accounts and large-scale partnership opportunities, from prospecting to pitch and close Lead strategic client and partner conversations, developing C-suite relationships with major brands and agencies Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing partnership and sponsorship strategies for both new and existing clients Collaborate with content and leadership teams to create compelling, integrated solutions Represent Bluestripe at industry events, conferences, and networking initiatives; act as a brand ambassador Mentor and support more junior sales team members, helping to elevate the team's overall performance Use data, market intelligence, and feedback to shape product development and identify untapped growth opportunities Provide clear reporting and forecasts on sales pipelines, targets, and outcomes to the Senior Leadership Team Ensure exceptional client delivery and high partner satisfaction, advocating for their needs across the business

Who are you?

Self-starter and commercial strategist comfortable working autonomously to build and close new business Minimum 5+ years proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in media, events, digital marketing, or agency environments Extensive experience engaging and closing deals with senior stakeholders at leading brands and agencies Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-value partnerships Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Creative thinker with the ability to develop and articulate innovative commercial solutions Organised, resilient, and proactive, with strong project management skills Leadership qualities with a willingness to mentor and inspire others Deep understanding of the digital marketing and advertising landscape

The Package:



Competitive salary:

45,000 - 55,000 (DOE) + commission

Hybrid working:

Based in our Holborn office until October and then in our Farringdon office (three days a week, two minutes from the station) with flexible hours. You'll also represent us at events in London, Manchester, and beyond.
