The Role:



You'll be part of our established Payroll team, delivering a full and comprehensive payroll service to a variety of clients. Key responsibilities include:

Processing weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls using Brightpay software, including setting up new schemes

Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met, maintaining excellent client relationships

Liaising with clients to gather payroll information and resolving queries efficiently

Managing communications with HMRC and keeping up to date with payroll legislation

Supporting colleagues across the wider business with payroll-related matters

What We're Looking For



Essential:



Strong knowledge of current HMRC payroll legislation and RTI processes

Previous experience using Brightpay payroll software

Ideally experience in working within a Payroll Bureau environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Desirable:



Familiarity with Auto Enrolment regulations

Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme(CIS) processes
