Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men's club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.



As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.

Position Summary




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our people strategy. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business, driving strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational development, culture, and employee engagement. The Senior People Partner will play a key role in aligning HR solutions with our business objectives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to align business and people strategies; provide insight and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across all departments, ensuring top-tier talent is identified, engaged, and hired in line with business needs. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, improve selection processes, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. Employer Branding: Work closely with marketing and leadership to position Relevent as an employer of choice in the sports, media, and entertainment space. Talent Management: Support ongoing talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth to future-proof the organization. Performance & Culture: Drive performance management cycles, champion a high-performance culture, and promote employee engagement and feedback mechanisms. Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand priorities and deliver people-centric solutions. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee core HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with employment law across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., Europe, LATAM). Manage Employee Relations cases as and when needed, ensuring legal compliance whilst balancing commercial outcomes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Drive inclusive hiring practices and partner on broader DEI strategy to build a diverse and representative team. Data & Insights: Use HR analytics and metrics to inform business decisions, monitor organizational health, and drive continuous improvement. Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to global HR initiatives

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Progressive HR experience, including strong experience in talent acquisition and business partnering ideally in a media, sports, or entertainment environment. Confident being hands on with end-to-end recruitment Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with leadership teams. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global organization
