We're seeking an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us on a maternity cover contract.



As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ProCook through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the [appropriate management position], you will be responsible for maximizing ROI across various digital channels to achieve aggressive business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in performance marketing.

This is a full-time, 37.5hrs/week, fix term contract - maternity cover.

Requirements

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital channels such as PPC, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. Lead end-to-end campaign management, including campaign ideation, targeting, budget allocation, creative development, A/B testing, execution, and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. Utilise data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure the successful implementation and execution of performance marketing initiatives. Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement. Mentor and guide junior members of the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.

Essential Experience & Key Skills::

Proven track record of 5+ years in performance marketing roles, with a focus on digital advertising and customer acquisition. Deep expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Networks, and Affiliate platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Northbeam, Triplewhale or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience in leveraging audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to drive campaign performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
