This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Therapy Assistant/Support Worker who is a good team player and motivated, to join our dynamic outpatient Physiotherapy department. The department see's largely pre and post surgical patients requiring care and rehabilitation. As a senior therapy assistant, you are required to support the department and qualified staff with treating and rehabilitating, deliver group classes and within an agreed competency framework assess, treat and manage your own caseload.
The role also involve supporting the running of the department, stock ordering and monitoring, supporting Infection control, audits and liaising with estates. As an integral team player you may also be required to support with administrative duties and contribute to the day to day running of the department.
