Senior Pizza Chef

Celino's Partick, a multi award winning Italian Delicatessen & Restaurant (Scottish Italian Awards Best Pizza 2024, National Pizza Champion 2024) is looking for a passionate and experienced Full Time Senior Pizza Chef to join our talented team.

Situated in a prime location in Partick, in the west end of Glasgow, Celino's is a very busy 120 seat restaurant.

Our focus is on providing our customers with a fantastic experience by providing the highest quality Italian food and excellent customer service in relaxed, welcoming surroundings.

Role Requirements

Lead a team of three pizza chefs ensuring high standards are maintained Able to work under pressure Able to spread pizza by hand, to a consistently high standard, without assistance Understanding of new flavours and trends Develop weekly pizza specials utilising our Italian produce on display in our delicatessen counter Able to communicate clearly with other team members
Role Responsibilities

Staff rotas for your section Stock ordering and stock rotation Preparation of various pizzas and doughs Preparation of pizza al taglio for our delicatessen counter Following dating procedures and minimising wastage Following food hygiene and health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
