Senior Planning Lawyer - South West
The role -
- 12-month initial contract with a view to extend
- Day-to-day includes s106's, s278's, general planning advice, highways agreements, enforcement, attending planning commmittee every other month
- Mentoring will be a part of the role, but no management is expected
- Full-time, but some flexibility for part-time hours for the right candidate
- Start date in next 4 weeks
- Attendance for planning committee once per month in the South West - the rest is fully remote
You must have sufficient experience in planning law.
