Key responsibilities of a Senior Planning Officer:

Senior Planning Officer to carry small caseload of larger planning applications and help advise more junior staff on planning applications and cover for some evening Forum meetings and Committee.

Experience & Qualifications:

Significant Development Management Experience (ideally 3 years)including managing complex caseload.
Degree or equivalent
Knowledge of planning legislation and policy
Full driving licence
