Job Description

My client in Kent is seeking experienced Town Planning Officer to join them in their Development Management Team for an initial 3-month contract, with a view for this to be extended for some considerable time.

The council office is located with fairly good transport links to London.

They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full time basis for 37 hours per week.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, ideally with 2 days per week in the office, however this could possibly be reduced to 1 day in the office.

To be suitable for these roles, you will need to have had previous experience working within a Local Authority Planning Development Management Team, and will be confident dealing with applications including Householder and Minors.

Carrington West Pay Rate - \xc2\xa340-42 per hour

To be a suitable applicant, you must be a qualified Town Planner.
