Summary

As a Senior Play Worker at Premier Education, you will play a vital role in facilitating fun and engaging activities for primary school children in years 5 to 7. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging play activities that promote physical development and social skills. Supervise children during playtime to ensure safety and enjoyment. Encourage positive interactions among children, fostering teamwork and cooperation. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff to support individual needs. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all activities. Assist in the development of new programs that enhance children's experiences.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and adults. Ability to manage groups of children while promoting positive behavior. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate young learners. A minimum level 2 in Childcare or Education required.
