Senior PMO Coordinator
Location: This is a Hybrid role. Whiteley, Hampshire
Clearance Required: This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearance
Leidos is seeking an experienced and proactive PMO Coordinator to join our team on a complex and significant programme of work. The successful candidate will take ownership of PMO activities, provide direction to PMO administrators, and ensure governance standards are consistently upheld across the programme.
What will I be doing?

  • Manage, uphold, and oversee PMO processes, ensuring governance frameworks are embedded and adhere to.
  • Provide guidance and direction to PMO administrators, fostering best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Own the documentation and tracking of governance actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain programme-level reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders at the most senior levels, building strong relationships and influencing decision-making.
What does Leidos need from me?
  • Significant experience in a PMO role within complex programmes or portfolios.
  • Broad understanding of PMO functions and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior PMO team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in PMO and Project tools and methodologies
Location: This is a Hybrid role. This role will have an element of working from home or Leidos Facility, with frequent travel to customer sites in the South of England.

Pay Range: 44,400.00-56,900.00
