Purpose of Role:



The Senior Post Completion Officer / Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, accountable, and service-focused aftercare process. You will manages administrators and support operatives, acts as a key client-facing contact, monitors defect activity through internal platforms, and drives cost-aware, process-driven resolution. In the role you will work at the centre of the post-completion process -- coordinating activity, spotting trends, challenging delays, and ensuring service and commercial standards are met.



Skills & Attributes:



Your background must be in customer care, dwith a focus on efect resolution, or aftercare (preferably in construction or housing)

Highly organised, with strong admin and coordination skills

Clear, confident communicator -- with clients, supply chain, and internal teams

Comfortable challenging others and maintaining standards

Attention to detail and proactive in spotting emerging issues

Commercially aware -- understands the importance of logging costs correctly

Calm under pressure, prioritises effectively, and maintains professionalism
