Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of project delivery and aftercare in construction as Bouygues UK is seeking a passionate and self-motivated person as the Head of Post Completion. You will lead our DLP and construction run-off liabilities function, supporting a diverse and technically skilled team dedicated to delivering quality across the broadest range of development types. The role can be based at our Bristol or Didcot Offices



What your Skills Profile should include:



Strong experience in construction project management, associate level building surveying or a technically focussed senior commercial management environment, preferably with expertise in DLP and construction run-off liabilities

Strong understanding of a wide variety of construction methodologies

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams

Proven commercial acumen, relationship building, and contract management skills

Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Willingness to travel across the South Coast, South West, Wales, North and Midlands as projects require



Key Responsibilities:



You will lead 3 teams covering each SW&W, South region, and N&M, overseeing all DLP and construction run-off liability issues across multiple projects

Support and drive quality initiatives throughout the life cycle of design and construction, promoting continuous improvement across project delivery

Manage a team with diverse technical, commercial, and project management skills, fostering development and collaboration

Oversee technically focused project management, bespoke detailed design solutions, complex contract delivery, and the cultivation of successful client and supply chain relationships

Act as an ambassador for Bouygues UK, ensuring our site teams, clients, and supply chain believe in and experience the highest standards of project delivery and aftercare

Our portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

Residential (high rise, social, shared ownership, private ownership)

Schools and universities (including state-of-the-art facilities and university accommodation)

Hospitals

Mixed-use and commercial high-rise buildings

Mixed retail developments

Care homes

Data Centres

Many more complex and high-profile projects
