Senior Power BI Developer

, you'll play a key role in shaping our data-driven future by designing and delivering scalable, high-impact Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders and enable smarter decision-making.

What will I be doing?



Build

robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models

for strategic and operational insights. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver

ad-hoc analysis

that matters. Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability. Own

Power BI governance

, ensuring assets are reusable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable. Champion

self-service analytics

and coach teams on best practices.

What do I need?



Expert in

Power BI

(DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation). Strong

SQL skills

(BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus). Experience in

data modelling, BI architecture

, and automating reporting pipelines. Comfortable working in

Agile environments

with tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
